lol i have some recipes too and their none-nuked ones xD i guess ill share em here.

Fried Rice(The l33t kind)
Ok lets start get all the ingredients.
Rice
Water
pot(cooking pot not drug)
chopsticks(i prefer chopsticks u can use w/e u want)
eggs
scallions
salt
pepper
oil(Veggie oil is good, dont use EVOO-Extra virgin olive oil)
Bowl(or w/e u put ur food in)
soy sauce
-----
Side Ingredients(optional)
You can put diced up beef or pork into it or chicken. whatever you like as long as its not sour sweet or bitter =D (actualy tomatoes are a exception)

Ok lets start!
grab 2-3 eggs(your choice) beat em until their evenly mixed(dont beat the eggs too long or it'll become watery) add some salt and leave that aside now.

Okay! get the rice pour two cups into your cooking pot, then add water let the water cover the rice(4 inches) and heat it up, turn the fire into low as soon as the water starts boiling the rice(water boils) then leave it alone until its done(should be 5 minutes after boil)

Get your scallions out wash it, and slice and dice em into tiny squar bits xD(dry em off in paper towel before use) now u wait for the rice to finish.

after your rice is done get it outta the pot then put some veggie oil in the pot(make sure you remove all water or w/e substances left in the pot after the rice is cooked, or else it will hurt you) heat the oil up to the point where it starts to crackle.

Add the eggs in, then add the rice in quickly!, add peppers and scallion now.

Now flip your cooking tool(me its the chopsticks) into the pot and start to move the rice in the pot, keept going until all the rice is covered by eggs.

now add soy sauce(amount may vary if u like salty add alot if you like dim add about 4 tea spoons) the mix the rice up along with the soy sauce and eggs.

after its done mixing turn the fire off, and start moving the rice again for about 5-10 times then let it sit there for a bit. (if u dont want to wait then go ahead and eat it. i prefer my rice warm)

there u go a healthy serving of fried rice, if u mess up it'll burn.

Side note-i prefer you use those umm geisha rice i think its called they are hard flaked rice, when u cook they dont stick or moosh, so its a very good type of rice to make fried rice out of. you dont want ur rice to moosh xD thats all.

when enjoying food theres always room for desert

i tried this once when i was out wit friends at an indian restuant, its called shahi tukule (dunno if spelling is right its was all verbal when i got the recipe)

4 pieces of sliced bread
1lt milk
3-4tsp sugar
4-5 pieces of saffron
cooking oil (as much as needed)

1. cut crust off bread, slice bread in to bite size pieces (no bigger than your palm) then fry bread till golden brown (you shouldn't drown the bread in oil just enough to cover the bread)

2. pour milk in to a pot and bring to a boil, add in saffron and sugar, stir frequently to avoid burning

3. one the mixture has reduced to half its starting volume fully dip the fried bread in to the mixture and remove

4. continue to cook the mixture (dont forget to stir) coat the bread agian and remove

5. once the mixture as become very sticky/gooey remove from heat and spread all over bread

6. let it cool and enjoy with a bit of tea or w/e u like

Make your own sushi at home:

Sushi Rice:

3 cups Japanese-style rice or short grain rice
3 1/4 cups water
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoons of salt

Prep rice for sushi:
After washing the rice well, cook it by pan or rice cooker. Prepare sushi vinegar (sushi-zu) by mixing rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a small pan. Put the pan on low heat and cook until the sugar dissolves. Cool the vinegar mixture. Sprinkle the vinegar mixture over the rice in a big bowl and stir. Be careful not to smash the rice. To cool and remove the moisture of the rice well, and cool it while you stir. This makes the rice look shiny

Makes 6 cups of sushi rice.

Kosaka's California Rolls:
Roasted Seaweed Sheets (can be found at asian markets or the asian aisle of supermarkets)
Imitation Crab Meat (you can find at local market in the seafood section)
Avocado
Cucumber
Mayo or Cream Cheese
Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions: Get out your bamboo mat to roll the sushi if you don't have one get some plastic wrap. Lay the seaweed ontop of the plastic wrap or the mat. Pat down a thin layer of rice about 1/4 on the sheet. Then this is the secret put a small spread of cream cheese or mayo over the rice. Then cut up the cucumbers and avocado so that they are the size of matchsticks. Lay them ontop of the rice along with the crab meat. Careful not to overstuff or they'll be fat x_X roll like you would a sleeping bag up into a cylinder shape. Let rest so the rice can stick to the seaweed. Wet knife and cut into rolls

Makes about 30-40 rolls

If you want to learn how to make inside out rolls just reply and i'll post the recipe.
I come by here time to time :p

The "Korean" breakfast

Sam Gyub Sal (porked belly ribeyes/ American shaped bacons, but krn version)
Kimchee (Possible one of the ONLY words americans knows about Korean)
Steamed Rice
Pepper Paste
Sesame Oil
Spring Onions

1) Marinate the Samgyubsal in with sesame oil, and spring onions
2) mince them together well
3) then begin to fry them until it becomes a brownish red tone
or perhaps until you think they are ready
4) Enjoy

With kimchee you just fry them, which now becomes known as bokum kimchee
well then... the asian food for the asian man, can't start a korean life without kimchee
