there should be an NPC that repairs weapons at Geffen... all the way at the south eastern building on the OUTER ring... shortly speaking... the Blacksmiths guild (yes it's in Geffen)
for weapons you need a steel, I believe it was..
and armors don't remember

haha yea!!
I'll summarize weapons then...

Bows/Crossbows- Payon (@Go3) at the guild flags turn left, with the build with the two weapons crossing as the sign on the middle of the door, that's the weapon/armor shop for Archer/Hunter equipments only

Clubs- @go 0, go to the church and the nun sells them

1-H/2-H Spears/Swords - Prontera (@Go) at the middle of Prontera, the northern east building of the center of that town has the weapons/armors for Knights/Crusaders, and for Sword Merchants, and noobie stuff like Bow[3]

Wands/Staves - Geffen City (@Go 8)- Outermost Ring, Southern West building, firsst NPC would be a Tool Dealer or Item Collector (not sure), go into the next room, there's the tool dealer (gemstones, etc.) and Wands/Staves

Daggers/Knives - same as Prontera the weapon shop has knives and daggers
but you may go to Alberta as well.

Axes - go to Alberta.... the south most building, next enterable building near the merchants Guild

Whips and Such - I don't know
Legendary weapons - STFU I don't know... guilds only
Legendary armors- again... STFU I don't know... guilds only

Weapon Repair - any upgrade shops, the blacksmith around that area repairs weapons/armors for steels, which you can easily get from Steel Chonchons

Best equipment (Legit, non-guild)
Axes-
Light Epsilon - Orc Hero (West Orc Village)
2-Handed Axe[2] - Minorous (Pyrmids Basement 1)
Bows-
Gakkung [2]-Raydric Archer (Glast Heim Castle Lv1 and 2)
Crossbow
Arbalest [2] - UNKNOWN, some monster
Clubs-
Stunner - Blacksmith Joe
Chain[3] - Marine Sphere, Byalan Island Level 3,4, and 5
Knives-
Fortune Sword- Phreeoni (if you want to be lucky)
Stilleto[3] - Sohee
Grimtooth (absolutely great) - NPC Quest
Swords-
2-Handed Sword[2] - Doppelganger only
Spears-
Trident[3] - Strouf (Byalan Island Lv5)
Trident[2] - Merman (Byalan Island Lv4 and 5, Comodo Dungeon West)
(Greater spears are available from MVPs, however trident is strongest when at +10)
Wands/staves
Bone Wand - Marduks (Sphynx Basement 2)
Occult Wand - Same
Arc Staff[2] - Bathory (random... ask around)
