here's how I translate those acronyms
RTFM - Roll The Floor Mat
OS - Operating System
RSS - Resource Service Systems
IPTV/PVR - Internet Personal TeleVision / Personal Video Recording
WAP - Wide-Area Provider
PDA - Personal Digital Assistant
