The False City: Part 4

Chapter 69: Origins: Zoe
A Girl who lived her life with a curse, or so she thought,Exerpt from the False Book.
The Largest elven village of its time, outside of present day Kasumi forest, sat the town of Zyru. On this day a girl with a destiny toward the future was born. Her mother decided to name her Zoe, Zoe Aoyama. She grew to be a beautiful young lady, Learning how to heal and defend herself when the time comes. Ever since her father left before she was born, her mother has been teaching her. Untill the day before the battle of Zyru, the day of her birthday.
"Moooooommmm, Im Hoooommmmeeee!" Zoe shouted as she came home.
No answer, she wander'ed through the unlit house looking for her mom.
"Mom? It's my birthday remember? Im Eightteen now."
She walks into her mom's bedroom, as she lights up a candle she drops the candle and begins to cry. On the bed her mother lies dead with a sword through her abdomin. Her mother opens her mouth and says,"Oh...Zoe...I'll always...be..with..you.."
Zoe sits there next to her sniffling and her tears falls onto her mom. They both begin to glow a bright blue color and her mom starts dissappearing and a blue jewel appears on her forehead.
"What is this?" Zoe says as he pokes at it.
The Blue gemstone sparks and pushes her back a little. She then moves her finger away from it and becomes frightened by it.
The next day the monsters attacks and this is what has been called the battle of Zyru,and this is when Zoe came to this time.

End of Chapter 69

Chapter 70: Silence of many words
The full moon shines brightly in the city lit sky, There isn't a sound, or a car for that matter, that can be seen in the city. Even though the electricity is working, tv's are on and shops are open. There are no people,but there is one and thats Lilium. She slows down as she walks into the park and sits down on a bench. Gasping for air, she takes a breather. As she sits, a rumbling is heard and she looks toward the nearby pond. Ripples are bouncing around the top of the water. She gets back up with her whip out and ready to fight even in her tired state. Out of the night sky Lapsus jumps out and tries to slash at Lilium.
"Lapsus, whats wrong?" Lilium asks as she dodges.
Lapsus doesn't speak a word and attacks again. Lilium evades and says,"I don't want to hurt you!"
Lapsus then lunges out and tries to grab her. Lilium flips over him and starts running toward the road. Lapsus turns around and starts running after her.
"Why is he trying to hurt me..."
"Whatever is wrong with him I should try to snap him out of it."
Lilium runs into a nearby apartment building and shuts the door behind her. She then starts running up the stairs toward the roof. Meanwhile, Lapsus breaks down the door and jumps right through each floor toward the roof. Lilium kicks open the roof door and looks over the edge. Suddenly Lapsus breaks out of the floor behind her and lands next to her. Lilium then grabs onto the sides of the building and jumps off.
Lapsus then jumps after her, and time stops. Lilium is in midair, and Lapsus behind her. A Hand reaches out from the frozen time, picks her off from her mid air flight and places her onto the ground, then the hand picks up Lapsus and places him on the roof.
Time starts back up and Lilium starts running toward Maelstrom Mountain. Lapsus snorts and jumps back down through the hole.

End of Chapter 70
Chapter 71: King of the Underworld
Cenon walks around in the Castle toward the Throne Room. Sitting there on the throne, is Ziyu.
"Get off Ziyu, I Defeated Haprish so Now I'm the King!" Cenon shouts
"Do you think you deserve it you weakling?" Ziyu says
Cenon draws out both of his Katanas and gets into battle position. Ziyu stays calm and does not move. Cenon shouts out,"SONIC BLASTER!" and a destructive wave of sound is fired off toward the throne. Ziyu quickly draws out his sword and smashes it to the ground, using the powerful sound to negate the destructive wave. Cenon then aims both of his blades at Ziyu and shouts out,"ICE FREEZE!" The room becomes cold, and from Cenon's blades ice swirls out in shards. Ziyu draws out his curved blade and starts blocking the shards while advancing. Cenon then throws both of his blades at Ziyu and shouts out,"SONIC BUSTER!" Many Destructive sound waves erupt from Cenon laying destruction in its path. Ziyu dissapears for a moment, evading the katanas. He then reappears behind Cenon and slashes one of his arms off.
Cenon turns around and falls over into a pool of blood.
"You don't deserve to be king" Ziyu says as he cleans the blood off his sword.
"Bastard...." Cenon says
"No need for harsh words, but I'll spare your life."

End of Chapter 71
Chapter 72: Ice Spinning, head swirling
Kiro is the first one to run outside but as soon as he is, the wind picks him up into the air. Shiro jumps out there too and creates an electric bubble and stays in mid air.
"Hahaha Kiro, this must mean I'm better in the air." Shiro laughs
"Shut up..." Kiro says as he creates a bubble around himself.
Yasashiku creates a wall of fire around him keeping the air away and Hiroki walks in from behind. Zoe uses his lance and spins it keeping her in place.
"I guess this is why they call it maelstrom mountain huh?" Hiroki said.
"I can see why!" Zoe says as she floats around a little.
Lilium starts climbing the mountain at a fast pace trying to reach where they are. Lapsus starts jumping from one ledge to the other with a blood thirsty look in his eyes. Lilium kicks down some rocks in his direction while using her chain to fling her into the air. The rocks fall onto Lapsus and Lilium uses the wind to pick her up into the air. She starts swirling around the mountain heading for the top. Lapsus, out of his blind control, starts jumping around the mountain following her.
"Im getting dizz~y" Lilium says.

End of Chapter 72
Chapter 73: Holy Cross & Holy Light
The winds slow down and Lilium lands on a large boulder. Lapsus lands on the cliff under her. Lilium then puts down her chain in front of her and begins to pray. Lapsus then starts climbing up and slashes toward Lilium. All of a sudden, a holy light shine out around her. She begins glowing a golden color as the dark aura around her begins to dissapear. Lapsus then crashes into the light and bounces back down the ledge.
"Daughter of the Holy Light, you have found your true strength, now help the next destined one..." The voices says out in Lilium's mind. Lilium gets back up radiateing a beautiful light.
Meanwhile, at the Ice sanctuary the winds stop. A Bright light shines from the southern side of the mountain.
"Hey Shiro, Do you see that?" Kiro says
"Uh no?" Shiro says
"Turn around damn it."
"Oh, well atleast your not going crazy."
Rax runs out of the Ice Sanctuary and runs into Yasashiku's fire wall. Yasashiku turns around and cuts off the fire around him. Rax lays on the ground burnt, medium rare, and smokeing.
"Uh Sorry Rax" Yasashiku says
Hiroki starts flipping through his book trying to see what he can find out about the light.
Lapsus becomes unable to stare directly at Lilium and still tries to fight her. Lilium jumps to the lower ledge. Lapsus then falls over from the power of holy light. Lilium then crouches down and kisses him on the cheek.
"Urrrgghh...." Lapsus groans, he starts rolling around as dark energy starts flowing out of him. Lilium then sits down and sets his head on her lap while she keeps him alive through the experience. A Mark appears on his cheek where Lilium kissed him and it looks like a holy cross.
"There there... It's ok now..." Lilium says

End of Chapter 73
Chapter 74: Begining of the End
"Heee~y Lilium!" Kiro shouts downward "We were looking for you both!"
"So..they really do care about us?..." Lilium whispers
"We Were stuck down here this whole time!"
"I see.." Hiroki says
Shiro looks off toward the clouds absorbing the electrical energy that is being emitted. Yasashiku and Zoe sits there poking Rax with an Icicle trying to get him back up. Hiroki uses a Levitation book to lift the unconcious Lapsus and Weakend Lilium up to their level.
Kiro also stands next to Shiro absorbing the winds that are coming.
"You feel that Shiro?" Kiro asks
"Yeah.. something wrong has happened." Shiro says
"Its a sin of the universe....is it the end already?"
"It could be...but we can stop it and mankind can countinue."
"Do you think they know what we really are doing?"
"No..not yet... but Hiroki and Yasashiku wasn't in our plan."
"Should we Involve them any further?"
"They won't be part of the 'Sacrifice' but they might try to stop us."
While Kiro and Shiro discuss Rax wakes up dazed and confused. Yasashiku and Zoe cheer as Rax wakes up, Hiroki then tries to Revive Lapsus with Lilium.

"Cenon...Your powers will be mine!" Ziyu says as he starts glowing green.
"I don't think so..hahahaha..." Cenon scoffs
"Whats this...arrgh...." Ziyu says
"This..amulet..reverses your kind of magic.."
"No..Not now...I have to ...complete..what my...ancestors...started!" Ziyu cries out as he starts being absorbed by Cenon instead.
Ziyu's curved blade falls to the ground and Cenon gets up with new found power.
He then picks up Ziyu's sword and holds it up toward the ceiling.
"Now nothing can stop me!" Cenon shouts as his voice echoes throughout the land.

End of Chapter 74

The False City Book 1 Ending
And so, as darkclouds began to surround the mountain and Cenon comes to power...their final battle began. But this is only the First book written by a Historian. While the true history is in store soon. Life will start over and time will be reversed. The story shall be shown to you as the spirits return and people come back to the False City
