This has got to be one of my fave games ever! Star Ocean the second Story for PSone was, next to FF was one of the best games for the system! It's mix of Fantasy and Si-fi was bad@^%. Plus with a real time battle system, the game had a flare of its own, and the story was flawless. And now that Till the End of Time is out, I had to play the old one again, I expected nothing less from the makes of TSS.

oh yeah, Albel and Claude Rock!!!!

I have to agree with you on this but man the game gets kinda hard if you try to run straight though it ^_^

Yeah, but if your like me and want to make super weapons with the systisis skill then you'll get VERY strong trying to get money to synth yet another Olochalon to your blade

let's see i haven't played lately but i remember than i made fayt a holy sword that was like this

+500 atk
+500 atk
+500 atk
+500 atk
+500 atk
+500 atk
50% chance to survive on fury when incap

but except for cliff the rest of my party members sucked so bad that it was pretty much fayt and cliff fighting with nel or sophia casting spells

Whoo I'm on the second disc and beware Sophia starts at lvl 1 with most enemies having 20,000 hp

Yes your Right it is a good game. I like Claude and Mirage the best though ACROBATIC LOTUS!!!!

Yeah, Claude rocks. And Albel is really strong once you get used to using him. but his fighting style is so much diffrent from Fayts that some people use him on CPU, but to realise his true pontial you have to play as him.

P.S. Ashton and Dias rock too :lol:

Lol i can still remember the good old days when SO2 was one of the hardest games you could play (if you had the difficulty up) and the way claude's head spilter would suck after you used it to the point where he started to do it differently. Now that brings up the question of what was your favorite move in either one (if you played SO1 the moves are pretty much the same) My current fave is probably arcobatic lotus...

Your not limited to special moves in case you thought so you could name so spells as well

Yea i guess but i always hated the early spells (except for leons man why is his spells so cool?) sometimes you just wanna turn all of rena's attacks spells off or make her run around and try to fight

lol, Yeah, I turned all her spells besides the healing spells off. shes a lot better as a healer. Did you ever get Ashton? I always thought he was cool.
