bunny, he's not done, if you would read...he's downloading a file.. anyways what i "think" cm means is run it in a command and type /repack? i have no idea, thats my guess.

Teh text is small and tiny I can't read much of it, but by teh looks of it he need to patch again..

clear the ragnarok files from ur computer(Besides the set ups) then reinstall and repatch
