Im sorta newb around here, but how do you become a Sniper?

This belongs in General qrRO.

To become a Sniper, you must obtain a level 99 first class character. Then, you rebirth to Novice High, then Archer High, then Sniper.

No it isn't... If you start off with an easier class then change. Of course, there is the annoying rate of champs that have their job undeservingly.
