Well after some talking over with Code master as of right now the server name is
C3 ( hosted by RO Soul ) and it is going to be a 3x server no job changer's only some costum npc's are going to be aloud, RO Soul is going to bring you the old taste of ro back with some good rate's friendly GM's and hopefully a server with more then just 50 ppl on it. But the server is not going to be up until next week but Might be up for testing around these weekend. Hopefully by around next week we well inform you of the release date on the new server, as for irght now please join up are forum's and vist the page for update's and other new's thanks for your time.

but i hope its not a very short term server like previous
like when you get sick of it you just dont feel like hosting anymore

Well we at RO Soul are going to try and keep C3 Server up as long as Qrro is alive hopefully that wont happen for a long time... and if you sign up for are forum's you well be up to date on event's and update for the server,and one kool thing we are going to be doing is that when the server open's we are going to b e doing a event ^_^ can't tell you what that is tho.. so keep to the forum's and you might find out what it is, and don't forget to check quantumraiders for new update's for Qrro and Hope to see you on C3 thanks for your time...

That would be interesting... But he has the upper hand because Minimoose has all my server files. (I modded a few, but he made the other mods.) He also has time on his side because I will probably not be able to host D4 for another month. Plus, some of you who wanted to have some sort of RP, ( Why i created D4 and I added in the low rates) decided that you didn't like the idea. Then again, C3 is probably going to be a normal server with low rates. I guess if there is a majority vote for the removal of RP and make it more optional, I will just keep PVP a major thing. I mean... If you are out there busting your tail and making a hardcore player. You have impressed me.

I personally think that Low rate servers shouldn't have GM teams, since they're not really necessary. not many people play them, so spamming and towncasting isn't an issue. hey, if you can make a wizard on a low rate server, cast LoV in town all ya want, especially when town is a PK zone.
