Hey guys. Nevahku here. I'm here to review a certain series I've stumbled upon, and have been watching for some time. It's called Avatar: The Last Airbender. It airs on Nickelodeon (I forget the time, though). Before you guys fill this topic with useless posts, I just want to say that this is a review, nothing more. I will try to be objective (unbiased) as possible. Now, without further ado, my review:

Let's see, where to begin. I guess I'll give my score, and then explain myself.

SCORE (out of 10): 7.5

Why?

As far as most American-made anime goes, this is pretty good. There is no excessive blood/cursing to begin with, so there's none to edit out. Since it is made in English, the synch between the voices and the anime is very smooth. The fight scenes are very well done. Since this show is geared more to the pre-teens than kids, there are few childish themes and such.

Granted, the show does on occasion make excessive use of japanese anime faces (i.e. the OMG AHHH!! face and the blushes). But this, again, very occasional.

I do enjoy watching it when it's on.

And, comparing the score I gave it to other scores to other popular anime (Naruto would get an 8.5 in my book, and Bleach would get a 9), this series really does stack well.

So, here's a rundown of my review:

OVERALL SCORE
7.5

UP'S
- Good fight scenes
- Pretty good plot

DOWN'S
- Occasional excess of anime-ish faces (the OMG AHH!! face and the blushing face)

Thanks for reading this. I tried to be as unbiased as possible and didn't add anything from the storyline, which will make you guys watch it yourselves xD

Anyways. This is what I think. If this isn't your cup of tea, then don't watch it. If you like it, good for you.
