Hello,

I'm pretty sure this is the place to post this.

I'd like to report a player for various reasons; all of which have been breaking various game rule(s). Player "^_IceMan_^" has been doing the following to me while I've been hunting in the Orc Dungeon on 8/19/2009:
1. Consistent Kill Stealing. This also involves following my every move and then Kill Stealing.
2. Tried to extort Zenny out of me to make him stop and I quote: "yo give me 1 mil", when I asked him to stop.
3. Using foul language when addressing me (i.e. using the "b" word when addressing me). This was not in a friendly manner.

Through all of this, I asked him to stop on many occasions. He claimed to be a veteran; perhaps that was his excuse. I don't know if he is or not, it does not matter. He is clearly breaking some of Quantum Raiders RO rules.

I have screen shots, as well as saved dialog. I know this cannot be evidence in this case, but let me know if you need it for any type of reason.

I can also vouch for his experience after I also received complains from Rinoa considering his and his friend's rude behavior toward her.
