Where can i Download the qrRO patcher? Ragnarok lite isnt working so do i have to download kro?

There's the qrRO client download, and while lite may be smaller i hear it isnt working properly anymore, and either way it's recomended you use full Kro and Sakray to prevent errors / missing files.
and of course patch Kro & Sakray first before running the qrRO patcher.
