I have been looking into Nintendo DS homebrew programming and I have written a few small programs.

Currently, if I did make a game or whatnot, you'd require a GBA Flash cartridge and you'd have to do a few funny things with a WiFi card and whatnot. I have been looking around, though, and it seems like that in a while (not sure how long, but progress seems to be going on it) it might be able to just modify your WiFi card and stream the game to your DS via download play (would be nice :D)

Anyway, you can comment on that if you wish, but I also have a few other questions:

What kind of game[s] would you be interesting in us making for the Nintendo DS? (Mind that it has two screens and can use the touch-pad, so that can create alot of uniqueness). Take note that I do not expect to place the game as multiplayer, for now, but only as a single-player game.

Probably an RPG of some type.

ok bad title, but it would be a biography and then we could you know....level him up or some thing. you know, play his life!
i ALWAYS wanted to be able to fight off the eveil Ninjas that overwhelmed him and got into his computer causeing the Great qrRO Wipe of '04.
things woulda been MUCH different if only he was level 58 instead........


now then, this would require me to actually GET a DS, but hey, it would be definately worth it!


or it could be a mario RPG rip off with these replacements:

Mario is now CM
Bowser is Sting
Copper is Mallow
Hagios is Geno
and uh....the first n00b to respond to a random 'contest' topic get's to replace Peach

My 'demos' I've tried on an emulator, not on my actual DS. I'm waiting until it isn't required to get a GBA Flash drive (yes, im too thrifty).
