i downloaded and installed everything the right way and when i go to start qrro this window comes up and says error "connot init d3d or grf file has problem"
whats the problem???? makes no sense to me but after that it just goes back to desktop so if someone can answer me please do, i would like to continue playing.

Yep installing the latest direct X will do.

if that dont work then u need a new video card
