consider your Commit Charge, CPU Usage, and RAM dedication
meaning just press Alt+Ctrl+Delete
then go to the tabs processes
then clear everything except the following
svchost.exe
isass.exe
services.exe
winlogon.exe
csrss.exe
smss.exe
system
system idle process
the programs listed above cannot be closed either way
and if you are running the sql server, do not close
sqlserv.exe | Owner | XX | (rand 3000,8000)<---minimum charge
you may close
explorer.exe, however if you close this, your desktop will disappear
if you have a worm virus, explorer.exe will perpetually jump in its commit charge making it take as much as 30-90% of your CPU Usage.
while running the servers, make sure your CPU Usage does not jump any more than 40%
if servers not running, make sure it does not jump further than 5%
if it is lag you are complaining about, this is your answer
um, sorry to sound rude, but I studied ICT at GCSE and A level, by trade I am a hardware and maintenance engineer and part time Web Developer. I do have some idea what i am talking about, I just couldnt work out the problem i was having and wondered if someone here had a similar problem.

In this world of emptiness there is no form, no feelings, perceptions, impulses, or consciousness. No eye, ear, tongue body, or mind. Therefore, no color, sound, smell, taste, touch, or thought. The world of form does not exist, nor the world of the mind or of ignorance; no old age and no death.
When the mind does not become attached to anything, there are no obstacles and fear does not exist. This mind goes beyond all disruptive views and attains Nirvana
