Hi, I just recently began trying to return to qrRO and found that there is a constant problem, I downloaded Kro, Kro Sakray and the qrRO client like I did before, but when I try to run any of the patchers it crashes right at the end of patching, I've re-downloaded all three about three or four times now, and the same problem keeps happening, it even happens to the qrRO patcher when I try to run that...is there any ideas you guys can give me on how I could fix this? because I would love to return to this server. (I will include some screens of what exactly happens if needed)

Dont patch kro and sakray; your qrro.exe will patch those for you.
delete the last downloaded file in your RO folder then retry.
it happens if you fail to get a fail you have some of the data of the file but not the full thing causing it to error, so just delete it, it should be like...

2006-12-04BGM
 &nsbp; &nsbp; (Thats probably not it but it basically looks like one of those two that and make sure that its the newest downloaded on so sort it by date added)

Nope, that didnt work, it still crashed at the 'repacking resource files' part

(Been a while since i did this stuff... so correct me if im wrong.)

You could always try this...

1* Download the latest Kro and Sakray. ( i haven't a clue of what version its at, heh.)
Download the qrro client
install kro and sakray then install the qrro client and click qrro.exe
it will patch it all for you.

*** [for everything below] Make a Backup Before you make any changes ***

2* go through your patch files
find and put a "/" in front of the update that errors you out
and repatch (qrro.exe)

3* if u simply don't want it patch kro and sakray goto your qrro.ini ( configuration Settings) file and take out the [KRO] section and the [KRO Sakray] section and save it.

methods 2 and 3 aren't rly recommended but your client should now work.

edit: I figured out the problem, pretty much comes down to, get the latest kro and sakray.
But to get around it just download this http://putstuff.putfile.com/59714/4322718
and install it to your qrro folder ( its the non updated client ) seems to work but the custom items aren't correct heh. but atleast you can play.
