Philippine Ragnarok Online, is the origin of all the KS'ers and beggers.

I used to play pRO but i stoped because there are a lot of beggers, kill; stealers, and people with bad mouths. they will call you Asa ka pa gagu(dream on idiot) for no apparent reason but you just attacked the monster first and you got the loots. or they will call you Tae ka! PVP!(You're shit! PVP!) if you reply in kind, then starts the mugging and the spamming and the KS'ing. damn the people of pRO Sucks!

thats basically why i left pRO in the first place and add the with the scammers and legalized botting while your below lvl 95 and the selective banning of gm's there...i'd have to say it sucks <.<

I'm half Filipino/Caucasian but meh...I went to visit my cousins in the Philippines and I played on their pRO accounts...All I can say was it was soo annoying. Swearing, spamming, begging, KSing everywhere. What I don't understand is how did they find out about qrRO? This is a free private server yet a lot of people in the Philippines play in cafes and discovered it...How did qrRO get soo big there and popular is what i'm wondering.

reasons:
1. Gm's arent around..and when they are they do nothing
2. GM's who should be taking care of the people who bots..they're gone
3.Gm's there are corrupt( u know what they do when their friends play)
4.players are beggers, kill stealers and scammers(damn acolytes and merchants)
when u make an account youd think "oh wow..thats a lot of GM/s this should be a nice server" crap!!! theyre seldom on and when they are they're on for 10 mins and poof gone!
you attack a monster this player walks by, attacks it and when he does more damage he'll say "asa ka pa" ask him to pvp and hell bring 5 more players with him^^ yeah theres a server which allows Player Killing..now aint the GM's a bunch of crapheads?? now u can kill steal coz its made legal!! yay for the kill stealers!! since people are always complaining about kill stealers, let's make a server which allows it since we're too lazy to do our jobs!!! yay for the GM's of pRO!!!!

And to make matters worse..they go to qrRO..there goes my dream of not seeing "waaaahhh""items pls" "zenny pls"..dont you just love to kill em

All of the dicussions died horribly in the flames of hell.

well, the good part is if u're lucky to find friends out of 6,000 players on each server..it wasnt a good reason fo me to stay and keep playing though..i pay and try to have fun..but it was just too impossible

Updates on the rules of the Urdr server of pRO:


Mechanics:
1) The Urdr server is unique among all other servers because it allows for PK on normal maps outside of WoE and PVP Rooms. Players may fight monsters normally in dungeons and other maps, but they may also fight other players by typing /noshift.
- Type /ns to attack other players
- Players in the same party may not attack each other
- Players below Lv 51 cannot PK or be PK'd.
- Players Lv 51 or higher can PK or be PK'd.
- You cannot PK in cities and towns.
2) Future features of the Urdr server will include benefits for beating other players with setbacks for being beaten by other players. These features will be announced when they are implemented.
3) Players in Urdr will lose 1%-5% XP when beaten by monsters and 5%-10% XP when beaten by other players to make the threat of losing more exciting.
4) There is a base increase of 15% more XP from beating monsters and a 10% increase in Drop Rates aside from the EXP and DROP increase.
5) Melee damage against players in PK maps are reduced by 20%. All damage resulting from the use of skills (ie: Spells and Special Attacks) are reduced by 40%. All damage from ranged attacks are reduced by 30%. This is for balance in PK maps and to prevent players from being beaten instantly from ambushes.
6) The Urdr server will begin with a 3x XP/3x Drop Rate promo for 1 week when it opens and it will remain to 3x XP/1x Drop Rate until further update from Gravity.
7) Priests, Acolytes and Monks cannot memorize warp points (/memo) in any PK-enabled map(s).
8) All areas two or more maps away from cities are automatically PK-enabled.
9) All dungeons regardless of distance are PK-enabled.
10) The Britoniah agit map is PK-enabled (and only that Agit map)
11) WoE sieges are also enabled in this server, but the Agit maps that hold the entrances to the Agits are non-PK.
12) Due to server stress testing, siege will be suspended for the first week of Urdr.
