Patching?

Got the 1017 files...and the old qrRO installer (version 403?)...tried to install and it stopped patching at this point. Can anyone give me advice or some help?

I have nothing really out there that's random and crazy to say for my signature, so, I'll just say go check out my myspace, it usually has something crazy in the title portion of the page...whatever is there applies here, so that should suffice.
