From what I've heard, 4kids (the same people that brought to you Pokemon and such) have gotten their filthy hands on Naruto.
Note: the following are rumors, and shouldn't be taken too seriously until further notice
This is what 4kids is planning to do with this anime:
- Take away ALL THE BLOOD AND GORE
- Edit the fighting scenes to the point of nonexistence
- Rename it to "The Magical Ninja"
- Air it on Toonami
- Stop after the first season, and remake it into their own shit so they won't have to edit it.
- Wear it out to the point where you have 5 yr olds running around screaming "CHIDORI!!"

They would obviously have gotten higher rates if they went through another company. Put it on AS at least, though... Anime Unleashed would have been WAAAY better. Anime Unleash shows an episode twice a night and that is it, you have to wait about another two months o catch it. Unlike AS, whom rides the horse until it falls over dead.

Yeah, this happened a good while ago. 4kids did license Naruto...My anime club has already had its day of mourning for it. A moment of silence and a prayer that it won't suck so bad.

one piece is cool but inever really knew the dif version,(yeah yeah me and my bro loves to watch teh toonami vers of one) i seen naruto b4 i wasnt much interested much... but if they're airin it world wide dude i wanna watch it(to see how changed) but r they gonna took out the first FIRST epsiode? man that one was funny. buuut for teh naruto lovers...sry bout ur friggin fav anime is ruined.

plus as far as 4kids keeping One Piece it wont happen its geting to the point of blood shead well to much of it also Nami's Breasts like grow once that happens 4kids will have to let go of One Piece
