My Friend(tedd) & I as hosted a new server called "D4", it is a low rate server with only 2 admin's.
The Following List That is Not in D4
1. No Berry Seller
2. No Casino
3. Low Rate server 1/3rd of Nu
4. No Gm's Cards
5. 75/50 For Novice High
That is about it Have Fun.

hmm nice...i shall look into that...but i hope the drop rates aren't as bad as c3 was (no offense).
