New Patcher

Since a few people were having problems patching, I have altered the files a tad so that now they will patch properly (from a different server).

Please let me know if you have any other problems with this patcher.

thx codemaster for the new release (^^)

the old patcher would stop after more then 3 mins in the patching

i tried all the patches you made but its stoping in the end
cant repack help here ^^
