Yes! Hooray! [adult swim] (a latenight TV block for those who do not know) will be adding Neon Genesis Evangelion to their block October 20th.

erm, the language and voice would mean it is dubbed.
if you mean un-edited, then mostly yes.
A few parts are edited, such as extremely vulgar words and some major gore.

isnt NGE already dubbed in the dvd version(baddly i might add) so if anything their just playing stuff from the dvds
