Does anyone really bother working out? If ya do, list some reasons why. I'm quite curious when it comes to this.

well I got lazy after doing 3 years of martial arts
apparently... 100 pushups, 100 second leg lift, 100 jumping jacks, 100 rabbit jumps
10 sets of 5 kicks, and 10 sets of 10 kicks
70 instructed in-place kicks
10 self defense techniques
9 breaking boards and 2 extras
10 belt forms
all in one day is way too much for me at the moment
I'll have to wait next year, when it's double that

eat and sleep Xp its summer man
In this world of emptiness there is no form, no feelings, perceptions, impulses, or consciousness. No eye, ear, tongue body, or mind. Therefore, no color, sound, smell, taste, touch, or thought. The world of form does not exist, nor the world of the mind or of ignorance; no old age and no death.

When the mind does not become attached to anything, there are no obstacles and fear does not exist. This mind goes beyond all disruptive views and attains Nirvana

Not really, but I plan on doing a bit of running, etc. in college. I don't really want to be extremely muscular, because that's just not me, but I'd prefer just to be thin.
