I don't know any codecs but it may just be the video(s)

You could always manually synchronize it by adding a delay to the video/soundtrack

I know WMP can do it

You have two options.
1. Take V.sub and split the audio and video. Refilter through 2-3 filters, and combine then reencode.. Or..
2. Get codecs.. one being.. probably AC3 Audio Filters, which.. I doubt since most of the time... RAWs could get messed up... Or..
.....
Your processor is rejecting your video-feed and you can't do much about it.

While I can't help you with the synchronization issues I can reccomend

http://www.free-codecs.com/download/ACE ... S_Pack.htm

A good codecs pack, has everything I've ever needed to watch/listen to something.

BUT JUST BECAREFUL. Sometimes games will not load because of the mutli-layered codecs interfereing with the games rendering options, this has happened to me only twice so far, during F.E.A.R. and the recently release Prey. So I suggest whenever you are going to load one of thoes two, or are starting a game up for the first time, remember to disable the codecs by using the ACE icon.
