Morroc Headgear Quest NPC is broken

I did the quest for Transformation Leaf/Smokie Leaf headgear and when i choosed it, it gave me a "Huge leaf" which is not a headgear and is placed on the misc tab . Well, if you don't believe me you can try making it on that Headgear NPC. I hope you'll give me the headgear since i wasted time hunting the items for it .
