Lord Kaho Horn Quest & MVP monsters

I just got done combing through valkyrie dungeon and the valhalla npc seems to be absent...got any good hints of where it is, if it is ACTUALLY there!
Also, the dracula monster in gef_dun02 has not been there for a while, which is a total bummer when your looking for a ballista
