Okay, so for my remaking of the QR website, I have removed and added a few sections and I am curious as to how casual users (ie - yourselves) would prefer to have the site laid out. Below I'll list the categories (and a few comments) as well as their sub-categories (meaning you will not see the sub-categories, but they will be in a hiearchal menu). Anywho, here's the listing of the categories and sub-categories:

I the doubtlessone, is now in doubt that people might submit useless tutorials
with one-lined tutorials saying

so I think that layout is good as it so far

I was expecting more of a thing where people rearranged them to how they see fit, but that's okay.

I already have solved the problem of people posting stupid or annoying reviews/tutorials/etc. - when first posted, all of them will go into a "pending" table, only to appear "public" when approved by an administrator or moderator, thus we can filter out the stupid ones.

Yes - pretty much.. but I would probably put Services higher up as I am going to try to get hired for a few jobs

You can also take some categories and make them subcategories and vice-versa, if you wish.
