Item problems

they wont get put on my characters. i haven't been here for a while, but i just finished updating everything and they still dont work. the computer says that "you can't put this item on". i was able to before. in fact, it was on my sniper the whole time and when i took it off, i couldn't put them back on. the image of kakashi's headgear is still on my sniper's face even though he is not wearing it.
