First off.. greatest general never had a card
greatest general DOES drop its card, the card has not been confirmed to do anything because looking in your msc tab would automatically error you (assuming you autoloot), giving you no chance to even find out what it compounds in. if you didn't autoloot, the item, simply being on the ground, would also error you.
it wouldn't make sense to add an item that didn't exist in the original RO
fallen/devil/angel wings, kakashi, gm cards, white/black butterfly wings were not part of iro, yet they were added. a lot of the cards in qrro does not do anything, and even more cards don't do what they're suppose to (some examples would be mimic, wraith (hell they don't even compound in the right equipment)).
