is showing ppl online but I can't log, and when I try it fall...what is happening?

that means map server is down, i.e. its frozen, lag, stuck, whatever adjective u want to use there....

yea.. what hagios said, all you have to do is wait and try agian later, its like when a sever crashs/goes down suddenedly you wait try to log in agian and it says " sever closed" then a bit later "failed to connected to sever" then its up. its just a matter of patiance. alright?
