What events should we have on the servers?
I'm rather blank on the subject.
Past events, successful ones you've heard of, or creative new ideas. All welcome.

"Legendary Poring Hunt - Morroc"
Event_Spawn Poring, with 500 HP, and a decent 300 ATK (However, this Poring will have 255 Armpr Defense and 255 Vitality Defense), and Magnum Break / Holy Cross skill, while this Poring has a killer 20,000 MATK to prevent MOB. This Poring will carry an Event_Card with decent +20 all Attribute stats... haha or something worth just as much as the time it took to defeat this easy bugger.
"Baphomet raiding the City! Prontera"
GM spawns 1 baphomet in Prontera, nuff said... Merchants run, no time to vend.
When that 1 baphomet is defeated... 2 more spawns, and continues on and on to the GM's content.
"Treasure Box!..... wait what?!"
250 Mimics will raid the city of Morroc, and 1 more is the Event_Mimic which is 20x harder than the usual Mimic.... this one will carry an Event_Card, Emeralds (20), Cursed Rubies (20), 3 Carat Diamond (5), 2 Carat Diamond (8), and 1 Carat Diamond (10), along with Cursed Weapon and Cursed Armor (Event Items).
"City's End"
50 Baphomets will raid Izlude, and 1 Event_Baphomet will just be impossible to defeat.
"Valuable Momentum"
Gather ALL the items of MVP monsters, and get a Novelty Hat with very sexy stats
(Non-GM Events)
"Berserker's Valor"
(NPC required), bring the NPC 1,000 Jelopies, 1,000 Clovers, 1,000 Feathers, with 100,000zeny.
Berserker's Valor should just have a "Red Potion" SPR, and does not require ACT.

It should bring quite a value, and does not require that much work, and no GM's required.
"Sage's Knowledge"
bring the NPC, 100 Emeralds, 3 Cursed Rubies, 25 Opals and 250,000 zeny.
Sage's Knowledge, unlike Berserker's Valor will be SPR "Blue Potion"

"Thieve's Pride"
bring the NPC 20 3 Carat Diamonds, 30 2 carat diamonds, 40 1 carat diamonds, 1 cracked diamond and 250,000 zeny.
Thieve's Pride uses SPR "1 Carat Diamond"

"Predator"
bring the NPC 200 trunks, 500 animal skin, and 500,000 zeny

bring the NPC 500 Cursed Rubies, and 1,000,000 zeny

Iron-Man Tournament;
Participants (up to 20 members) start new characters... report to GM at ONE specific time for "Receiving day"

and X cards are given to X Porings, where X is number of participants. All participants kill 1 Poring.
Following Cards are in each Poring

(This is to unbalance everyone, and to give luck to one and some)
given 8 hours ~ 3 days to level as much as possible and GM will warp everyone to a PvP area. And Matches will be done "Tournament Style", Total Random Selection / no strata, no cluster and no systematic.
only 3 Winners survive.... 1 1st, 1 2nd, and a runner up.
1st place - GM's choice
2nd place - GM's choice
runner up - 50,000 zeny
"Death Match Novice!"
Up to 50 Participants. (IF we even have that many)
start new characters at the same time. Given 4 hours to level. Then GM warps into one spot... and there will be an onslaught.... the END.
"Mage's Challenge"
Up to 8 magicians (NO WIZARDS), meet for a tournament. One DUMMY monster with "UNKNOWN" Weakness/STRENGTH. They are placed in random Maps, and GM will warp them seperately to attack this DUMMY with any spell. Mage with highest damage / knows weakness wins.
"Swordsman's/Merchant's Challenge"
Up to 8 Swordsman/Merchants, GM spawns Dummy with over 50,000 HP.... Swordsman uses BASH (Merchants use Mammonite)skill.... Swordsman with most damage with one hit wins. Swordsman that kills, wins also. (Merchant could be repremanded)
"Thieve's Challenge"
Up to 8 Thieves meet into one area. GM spawns X monster(s), where X is number of players, and Thieves must use their STEAL skill. Thieve who steals item with highest Zeny NPC sell price wins.... Ties start with new monsters. (Monster should be Fabre or Dokebi)
"Acolyte's Challenge"
Up to 8 Acolytes meet into one map. 8 Zombies are Present. Acolyte with HIGHEST heal damage wins (fully buffed since they'll do that anyways)
"Archer's Challenge"
Up to 8 Archers meet into one map. X Dummy_Greatest_Generals are Spawned. Greatest General will have 500 Flee, and 100 HP. First Archer to kill their Greatest General wins.
"Assassin's Creed"
Assassin with most Critical Hits on target Wins.
"Knights of the Round"
Jellopie drop set to 100%, 200,000 Porings, one map.... Knight with most Jellopies win.
"Hunter's Nightmare"
Trunk drop set to 100%, 500 Dummy_Greatest Generals are spawned.... Hunter with most Trunks win.
"Wizardry School"
random item set to 100%, 1,000 Dummy Monster with RANDOM resistances. Wizard with most item wins.
"Battlesmithing for Hammers"
Blacksmith's Hammer drop set to 100%, 200 Minotaurs, Blacksmith with most wins.
"Cleansing the Soul"
Horrendous Mouth drops set to 100%, 20,000 Ghouls spawned, Priest with most mouths win.
EX-Physical-Exam Knights
Knights are Lined up, X numbers of Wanderers are spawned... GM-keeps watch. When Knight is dead GM shall strike down Wanderer... Last Knight standing wins.
EX-Psychological-Exam Wizards
Wizards stand in place... 8 Event_Greatest Generals are spawn, with 250x HP... 750,000 HP... Wizards all Cast by 1 firebolts at a time... Highest number of firebolts cast wins.
Dodge-the-bullet, Assassins
Event_Archer_Skeleton with 1 Hit Rate, and MAXED ATK Rate(if desired for speed). One for Each Assassin. Last one who didn't get hit wins.
Fortune 1, Richest Merchants.
Item "Platnium Coins" are sold for 1,000,000 each and can be sold for 1,000,000 Each... .Merchant who is able to buy the most wins.
EX-Faith-Exam Priests.
X Priests with X Knights... Knights Stand and take hits from Greatest General... they are NOT in parties to hide HP... Priest Continually heals Knights, if he believes that it is needed. One with the Knight Alive wins.
EX-Focus-Exam Hunters.
Hunters have Target Dummy_Greatest_Generals. Each take 10 shots... One with highest numbers of hit wins. (Greatest General has over 500 flee)
I think these should be enough events.
