i just got hosed

i picke dup an old purple box and it gvae me an bugged item which cause my ro to crash continusly. i left it alone for awhile and when i reloged on it seemsed to ahvegone away. just now when i was gona reset my skills i had 415 weight even when i had nothing on me, then the glich came back and cause my ro to crash. and when i went to get my items back from storage i lost all but 5 items (almost all of my hats and bands r gone now) but my storage saids i have 53 items in there? wat to do? help any1?
