Usually motherboards that are compatible with Intel's Pentium 4 can handle Intel's Celeron, since the Celerons are (bluntly) crappier than the Pentiums. Namely, it's backwards-compatible.
Like I have an Asus A7N8X which can Support AMD Bartons (I use an AMD Barton 2800+ @ 2.08 Ghz). It also, though, can use AMD Athlons, since they are older than the Barton.
