I dont think Balthasar is listed on the server status list...

It isn't. As far as I know, there currently is not a way to find out if Balthasar is online. Of course, I could be wrong.

since its not listed under the link supa gave........

1. open qrRO
2. click balthasar
3. if u dont get in u kno its off
