How do i recover lost pass

I lost an account password just wondering where i go to recover it if possible. I tried to remmeber it and attempted it a bunch but now when i try to get on my normal account i just get a msg saying disconnected from server every time i try to log on x.x

you get your password rong 3 or 4 times its gonna lock you out for an hour or so
