Well, he should really just be asking the people ingame. But actually these topics can be small guidelines for other new people.

If you mean cards too..

Rod[4] and get 4 drops cards ( Drops are found south of Morroc(@go 1))
Clip - Phen card [Phens can be found in baylan dungeon 4] ( this is the most important)
Clip - Zerom card [Pyramids 2 ( i think)


and for armor i would try to get a silver robe [1]
and get any of these cards to put in it
Ghostring
Pest
Garm
if can't get garm get sasquatch

Ghost is the best out of those but the others are kinda good for mages when trying to lvl.

a Double Dextrous Arc Wand would be a good choice of a weapon
2 drop cards, and Arc Wand[2] should be dropped by Bathory... I told you this before...

armor... Silver Robe[1] from Whispers with a Ghostring Card to reduce physical damage

and if your Dex is below 130 then get a Phen Clip
if Dex is 150, get another Skill Clip
Deaf Shield - GTB Card + Buckler (Bucklers should come from Ambernites)
GTB (Golden Thief Bug)

Shoes + Sohee/Eggyra Card

Wizard Hat if you wish... I can't remember any good mage hats
(Wizard Hats comes from Bathories as well... there's a quest for this)

Purple Sunglasses + Orc Lord card for that extra Vit
you can get one of two cloaks
either a Mocking Muffler (Muffler[1] comes from Sohees, Mocking is from Whisper Card)
or... get the Survival Cape for that +50 Vit I believe

Rod[4] From Drops + 4 Drops card, should make an excellent starter Rod
Arc Wand[2] from Bathory should make an excellent tool afterwards

Wizard Hat from Bathory should give you extra SP
ANY slotted hat with Elder Willow card should give you a bit more damage
Purple Sunglasses[1] from iRO quest, add an Elder Willow card.. should do same

Buckler from Ambernite, and a GTB card should prevent you from being hit by Mag
Shoes from Munak, with a Sohee Card should improve recovery (or so)

2 Clips, with ANY skill cards should give you a boost
choices are
YoYo cards - for Lucky Dodge, adds 5% or so
Creamy card - Teleport Lv1, to run away from unwanted foes and look for others
Smokie card - Hide Lv1, pretty useless but can sometimes save your life
Phen card - if you have OVER 149 dex... this card is beyond useless
Berzebub card - if you already have over 100 dex, this card is BEYOND useless
Zerom Card- if you have beyond 147 dex, this card won't do much
Mantis Card- unless you are a melee wiz, this is the same... useless
Joker Card- Steal Lv1, with 150 dex, this card would prove useful sometimes

you basically have a few choices of cards
I would say Creamy and Joker cards would be the best choices
for Starters, Phen Card would be the best starter
Zerom and Berzebub don't go well together, since Zerom would reduce the effects of Berzebub

Try asking people in game, im sure some players would be
more than happy to help, if they are not of any help
you can try searching for an already made topic of your question in the forums.
If the you cant find a topic dealing with your question, search it up on the web.

There is bound to be an answer somewhere, but of course if you cant find any
and ppl wont help dont hesitate to post on the forums try to put all your questions in one single post.
