I plan to update the forums soon, mainly for security reasons and to rid ourselves of the spam bots.

My questions for you all, though, are what modifications do you care about? For example, the Ragnarok Character mod (the little avatars you see below your profile that you customize); also included in this discussion are the Army system, the RPG system, Arcade, and anything you can think about.

Arcade for sure.

Atkshop, is interesting for a bit, but then it starts to get lame because people start whining about not being able to be on the comp 24/7 and they get owned. I wouldnt mind it, im just letting you know what i have seen in previous forums.

I never played around with rag stuff. But then again, i never tried either.

On another forum i visit frequently, started out with atkshop and then after everyone was whining, they switched over to army system i believe its called. Alot of people like it alot better and the whining/opting out has went down alot. So maybe you could check that out and have the forum community vote on which one, or both.

What -would- be nice, and also not hard to implement if done right. Is having points/credits/something for rewards for arcade, as well as anything else you implement (atkshop/army system). Those rewards could go towards qrRO items, or other stuff. What I have learned, is people loved to be recognized, maybe a list of top points/credits/whatever.

EDIT: Actually, now that I look around the forum, it seems more than half of the people in this forum's community likes naruto, maybe you can do something with that?

That'de be good except for the fact that they're so easily cheated, and if people cheat to get stuff it'de ruin the legitimacy of the...

I think the Naruto idea is chill though I don't know what you could do. More forum character headgear? Give the games some themes, skin even. Live flashchat has always been cool imo.

for the qrro items... just make it give you a key item that you can redeem a number of them for more rewards in casino or something?... as long as you make it a set list it won;t matter too much how easily you can get em. make it the items that we should normally be able to get but don;t want to spend a lot of time hunting for.

eh, could be anything.

Btw in a second life,... i just really got get back into shape and go back to running with friends... (something social and physical) besides staying inside watching anime and multitasking 3 MMOG's at once.

i would also like to keep the rpg system, but rather the army system, if we had to give everything up for that.

Hmm I like the army system, the rpg system isnt played that much it can be cut out. All in all a sleek new forum that is eye catching is the best start to reviving a server.

I just loved the concept of the army system, and being able to steal from people like cm...hehe...

But there needs to be some from of game/entertainment/attraction to keep people wanting to show up to the forum.

Like for me, I keep showing up so I can collect my daily bank interest.

I agree that is a great system. but I also think a more sleek forum layout and skin that was eye catching would hold players as well.

I do agree with a nicer skin color. Although I don't mind the blue.

I dont mind the blue as well its tranquil, but it needs alittle flare. Yes I also wonder when Andrew will come back on to review the posts.
