just put cast time and delay in PvP only, geez... PvP seems to be the reason you guys complain alot...

to be honest, if that's the way it is on the official server, let it be; iRO/kRO doesn't have problems with unbalancing or things of that genre.

besides... 150dex and mages don't have cast bars anymore

I agree with krim, giving ninja some cast delay and casting time because ninja are overpowered in pvp atm. Sure gtb can block there attacks but it gets annoying to switch to a gtb, soon as a ninja comes. Example a level 110 ninja can kill a sinx at lvl 255 in about 4 shots with the skilled called "raging fire dragon".

@flex too dramatic, i tried it i couldnt even kill a 255 sinX with liek 13 raging fire dragon and im full int with 2 ruri cards at lvl 128.

Ninjas aren't meant for high rate servers, which is why its not unbalanced in kro.

so reflex grow a scrotum and stop bitching about it...cuz by the looks of it ur trying to make a perfect char who doesnt have weakness -_-

or you could all do what i do, and ignore pvp for the most part. pvping sucks anyways. psh big whoop if you can kill some guy, what does it earn you? respect, ha, yeah right. you don't earn anything from it, and honestly, who the hell cares if you can kill someone. just do duels if you don't like it (if they become more popular perhaps cm will lower the time limit between matches)
