This is for everyone I guess who want to at least lose a little weight or get in shape. Well uh I sort of gained some weight in college because of nasty cafeteria food. I just want to tell everyone....DONT EAT IT even if you paid for it with tuition
college cafeteria food = fat poisonous injectors! Unless you have like uh a salad or something that's fine.
Well there's tons of ways to lose weight I guess we can share our exercising techniques
DDR? Helps build up stamina I guess and it's a really fun and good work out
only problem is it costs some money to play and i'm sort of poor lol
lifting weights. My friends tell me you gain a little muscle so you can burn off the fat and with muscle it raises your metabolism slightly but then again I also hear your fat weight converts into muscle. But you need protein to gain muscle I think. Bench presses and stuff to get rid of man boobies lol
Jogging. I really hate doing this a lot lol mostly because I don't have company but I sort of works out your legs and stuff if you have flabby thighs and legs. Just an hour a day of your time that's not a lot is it? Just one hour.
Walking. Try walking more like to the park the store whatever even stairs every little helps. Walk at least an hour a day would also sort of keep you in shape so you're not gasping for air and collapsing on the fucking sidewalk.
I just feel like i'm so fat and lazy since i'm always on the computer so I have to constantly play DDR. Uh oh and soda! EVIL Soda contains a lot of sugar. If you take a regular spoon scoop 15 spoonfuls into a glass of water that's how much sugar is in your soda. Usually drinking water instead of soda helps juice is fine but it still has sugar if you cut back on a couple of cans of soda you can see little weight lost. Try not to eat so much fast and fried food. uh...Make sure everything you eat has 0 Trans fat that's evil fat. Ramen has that so stay away from ramen.
Cereal is pretty good but it has sugar and some carbs so unless you're going to burn them off I don't suggest eating it but I heard if you replace 2 meals with Special K you can lose a couple of pounds a week who knows.
I'm not saying go on a crash diet but sort of control your intake of food and exercise or do something that requires running and jumping around. Just common sense stuff.
I just posted this to help out others and myself since i'm pretty damn disappointed with my weight and what that cafeteria food did to me.
If you want to add on other helpful stuff feel free to.
