I noticed that too, When GS / Ninja first came out they had no cooldowns on skills and certain ones were overpowered, and the problems with Ninjas not getting the "hide" skill even though its like a theif class, which caused problems with some of the skills before they worked properly,
they shouldnt be making new classes, or at least fitting them in properly, high theif>Ninja, or Assassin>Ninja, Sniper>Gunslinger, or putting in 2-1 classes before them like Ninja Trainee>Ninja, or NRA Member>Gunslinger (lol).
Just seems like they came out of nowhere, and play no part in the games story line. and also have very limited equips, and in some cases not enough, Ninja's for one seem like a round-a-bout way of making a magic/ranged class without giving them proper weapons & equipment, and certain skills requiring a catalyst for their higher-up spells, even though magic types probably dont have enough str to carry many of those.(Especially in low-rate 99 servers)
More then likely throwing these out there to distract us from the fact they havent updated in a long time.
