Dancemania, if you live in the US, Dancemania is like the "Now that is what I call music..(insert Year here)"
Like, "Now that is what I call Rock Music 04" Or "Now that is what I call Pop music 00"
You know those albums here in the US?
Well, Dancemania is like that. But it's more Dance/Rave/Trance/hard beat type of music. And it's highly popluar in Japan and in the UK.
What Konami does, when they make any new DDR game, they'll call on these artists for thier songs. Dancemania, also helps Konami in looking for those artists.
So lets say, if you want to listen to the full version of Caption Jack? Dancemania has his albums. All of them. Maybe you want to listen to even more music of DJ Taka that hasn't appeared on any DDR game, Dancemania has it. In fact, dancemania has alot of DDR type songs from many unkown artist and very known artist like Cartoons, Captian Jack, E-rotic, etc.
So if you like fast beat music like in DDR, you'll like the many albums Dancemania has to offer.
Here is the complate list to the dancemania albums.

What is my fave album so far? Well the Speed Series has some of the best albums I love so far. Like:
Dancemania Classical Speed 2
Dancemania Speed SFX
Dancemania X-Mus Speed
Remember all the music in those albums are really fast up beat remixes by Dancemania Artist.
So where can you get these albums?
www.amazon.com has SOME, but for a whooping $40 each CD.
There is other online CD stores that holds them.
But I have a friend of mine that has an FTP. He has all the Dancemania Albums, the DDR OST albums, Beatmania, everything that has to do with any dance music game with any dance artist, he has. So I download it from him.
He is so cool
So yea, I do like dance dance revolution. But I love the Music even more. So if you have any questions regarding any DDR type music. I may MAY have the answer.
