When you play CS on the computer, you think 'Wow, This is awsome' But when you play it on the xbox, well thats a whole new story. When you take away the multiplayer factor you just kill CS. Sure it's XB live compatible, but i hate paying for internet access on a Console. Microsoft dissapointed me BIG TIME.

hey guess wat, CS 2 isnt even capable to play on XBox, it has to suky insides, CS 2 needs to have a 1.5 Ghz and better just to play and the first XBox only has a 733 Mghz CPU, HAHAHAHAHHA XBox sux

CS on X-Box sucks...there's nothing like the good old keyboard and mouse when playing fps's....any of you guys played CS:Condition Zero?

w00t somebody who actually hates XBox, lol everybodys all of a sudden started to like XBox even my brother i mean come on he is like the biggest GEEK in the world, gots like a computer thats probably worth around $5000.00 when u add everything up then he has a gamecube, MOD'ed playstation 2 and a MOD'ed XBox, has a Call of Duty server and a Battefield Veitnam server, runs his own clan/website, able to have a car and be in an apartment a very nice one 2 right exactily next to a starbux etc....., bleh totally not fair. and he just bought me 1.7 Ghz P4 CPU, 512 DDR RAM, 80GB HD, and an Intel Motherboard Albatron-PX848 LIKE PRO serios, amazing how much money he gets.

Just to poke at you, HapRish, but there is no CS 2.
The "next" Counter-Strike is the same as the one we have now, but it is just re-done to use the Half-Life 2 engine (thus, better graphics, etc. but same game).

HL2 needs to have a 1.5 and higher CPU for minimal requirments, the recomend requirments for HL 2 is a 2.4 Ghz, but the Xbox or Xbox 2 will have nothing that coiuld support that so Valve and any other companys are really trying to cut back on the graphics just for Xbox.

, microsoft are soo lazys they can make a good system but they dont want too cuase they are dumb and thats why PS well rule forever and what CM said is right ^_^

i heard condition zero is better deal on x-box because its the same as the original with rocket launchers and new maps (which wer converting to regular CS so...why bother really?) uhh X BOX SUCKS :lol:

i think its a mistake that they didnt
let it up to max 4 players to play.
playing single against bots is crap,
well maybe if u really really suck at
the game, you'd find bots fascinating.

Also, the fact that there's only one skin
per team per map. that idea is crap.
let's say the map only supports g.w. (guerilla warfare)
and you want to choose arctic avengers but you can't
Well that sucks out loud! Oh, and dont forget they dont have
link updates from pc to xbox like the new shield for Condition Zero
for CT team. That sucks too ... :angry:

Oh one more thing, Sting, Xbox duz not suck ... happens that
they designed the game shitty. Version for PC is amazing
but they didnt put effort on the XBOX project.

You have to download realplayer to see em or theres a little button on the bottem left with the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER ICON click it if you dont want to download anything

You really cant compare the Xbox with HL2 since the xbox has been out for a longer time than they had annouced the specs required for the game. And also PS2 would also not be able to handle the game, They didnt really do a good job on the CS for Xbos which happens to be CS:CZ (Counter Strike Condition Zero) for people who dont know.There is alot of people who play that game online with the xbox.

A moded Xbox can not be played on the net cause it goes through the Xbox servers so it would be caught and rejected from the servers.

you can use the same internet connection you use now unless you have dial up then its a diff story but i dont see how you would only be paying for a console when you have a comp that can use the same connection...
