Characters not displaying properly?

If you are having problems displaying any of the side characters, make sure you are using Internet Explorer 6 instead of Netscape, Opera, etc. (Netscape is owned by AOL, so you should never ever use it )

If netscape is bad...well , mozilla is basicly a version of netscape thats open source , meaning mozilla is owned by aol? 0_o meaning mozilla is bad?

what if im using konqueror web browser? in linux will it be applicable? quantum master? well its ur decision..lol

Internet Explorer is way to virus prone though. Every time I start it up, pop-ups bombard me. I'm using Mozilla till I fix this problem. Is there a patch or something I could download that might help it?
