A lone warlock, freed from years of imprisonment, stands against an army of destruction bent on world conquest and resurrection of an ancient evil. But Dark Schneider is not protecting the desperate people of Meta-Rikana out of the goodness of his heart. After all, they were the ones who imprisoned him for leading this same army against thier city the first time! However, he's not about to let his old army, his old generals, and his ex-girlfriend show him up. Besides, his new girlfriend is counting on him, and its been a while since he had some fun...
there is one description but it deosnt really portray what makes the anime soo good. D.S. is a warlock with the coolest spells for one thing and is just plain funny as hell. its hard to really explain what makes it good its just one of those things you have to see for yourself. the anime, i think ,has a very good story even though it kinda leaves a pretty huge opening at the end for a sequel but they never came out with one. since the anime did ceom from the late 80s from a comic that apeared in the japanese shonen jump. if you like inu-yasha youll LOVE Dark Schneider.
im sure that there is at least one person on this site that has seen but doesnt have the same veiws on the anime as i do, and id really appriciate it if you refrained from posted if all your going to do is bash me for liking it. i do not mind if you post about why you dont like it and what you think about it, i would acctaully prefer if you did post your comments on the anime for otehrs to read

oh yea that reminds me lol. the manga is teh acctaul comic that is being reprinted by viz. it has alot of stuff that they took out when they made the movie. and i have all of the ones taht have been released thus far and i would recomend fans to get tehm to read the stuff left out if you liked the anime. alot of stuff is ALOT cooler in the anime though (the spells and fihgt sences) but its all good
