either way, go to shun or someone and i'm sure they'll be happy to supply you with one, most likely refined as well. any other way would mean something legit, and that takes hard work and something not likely to be bought or traded.

megingjard is an accessory that adds 40 str and 7 mdef. mjolnir is a weapon with 250 atk, wind element, +40 dex, +15 str.
the other practical god item, sleipnir, is a pair of boots with +20% max hp/sp and enables faster walking speed.
none of these items CAN be refined.

to add to this, nobody who HAS jards or Mjollnirs legitimately is willing to sell them, as money is easy to get... and for a trade, good luck unless you have one of the other items they want/need.
