So as the title goes....

Is it a perfect adapter for playing the games on your actual TV screen? (In other words, is it in full color, fits to your TV screen, and recreates the music perfectly or better?)

Yes, of course it's in full color and I'm sure it depends on your TV if it fits right to it (widescreen/regular screen). Music will be the exact same, but of course you have to change the volume on your TV for it... It's pretty much the Super GameBoy with compatibility for GameBoy Advance games.

I wonder if anyone else in here besides me and SephirothX remember that good ol' Super GameBoy for SNES... B)
