I have notice some monsters giving out cards with no effects on them. I was thinking, if any Admin/Gm/ or anyone in the high seat. Can give a list of Cards that has no effects. And we the memebrs can give out our opinion on what effects should those cards take. Like the Wind Ghost card, I got 3 of them and yet, they do nothing from the disprition.
There is like a list on the fourms or anywhere else, that lists all the offical cards of RO and the custom cards of qrRO, that will be really nice.

you can also go to the itemlist text document and go through there and see what the cards do.
[EDIT= i have compiled a list of every new card that now drops which doesn't have a description (this includes where they're compounded, headgear footgear etc, and what the card does)...i might have left a few out/added a few unneccessary ones in, but i'm 99.95% sure they are all there and their 99.99% sure thier descriptions are accurate. (this means that on about 2 of em there's something that doesn't quite seem right, so i secondguess myself)]

Yea another thing, I notice that the game has a minic card. But I check the control panel and the minic doesn't drop a minic card.

actually the other day i got an exe card from the monster...for some reason.....but yeah...that was a while ago on nu, but w/e
and u can always try old card albums for cards that monsters dont "normally" drop
