Hey anyone have any suggestions for like a free virus/spyware scanner?

First of all, just be knowledgable - that gets rid of most viruses, to be honest.
Secondly, I use a virus scanner call "AVG Antivirus". I tend to like it, especially the price
In addition to that virus scanner, I use Spybot Search & Destroy to scan for Spyware. It's done the best of any adware/spyware detection software I have used so far.

As CM said AvG Anti-virus works extremely well.
Another good one is Ad-Aware SE Personal
And if you hate AvG for some reason, Avast! is also a good one.
