nintendo ds has good design but i think psp is a lot better. they have better games... i heard that lumines was good.

No it is very different, its got the power of sony, (haha sony) and is not anywhere as near versitile, and atm has no great games...

if you ever make a system never open it with spamming crap games...make a halo47

in your opinoin, but i disagree, the bulky rectangle and hard buttons are not enjoyable to me

ds has the touch screen feature but the psp still looks cooler. the ds can close itself and protect itself and the psp can't. some portable systems are hard to hold. Like playing metroid hunters by moving with one hand and aiming with the stylus. that hurt my left hand.

metroid hunters looks all pixely and psp games are all smooth. its different because it's better.

psp has games like lumines, metal gear acid, gta, more. ds has mario 64, metroid hunters, warioware (which imo is fun but very mini-gamish. no point).

psp games are over 1 gbs each which make them all lengthy and adds replay value. some ds games like metroid hunters, zoo keeper and warioware are very short which makes me angry cause they are as expensive as psp games. sure you can carry a crap load more ds games but it doesnt make up for the size of the game. the only long game i've played was mario 64 and that bored me because i've already played it on the n64.

i've never played the psp (no one has it. god damn expensive 2$90+) but i plan to get it when i get a job in the near future because the games interest me. no way and i getting a ds. the games are waaaaaaaay to short. i've played the ds. i've played spiderman (didnt get far), mario 64 (ok), warioware (short), metroid hunters (short and for multiplayer.)

um metroid is a demo release, and ur not looking into the future things like Mario Kart DS (Online), Animal Crossing (Online), full internet mode, and who knows, are the GTA and medal gear games even out yet?

those other games are what i call crap games, titles released on a system to make the main company money and people something to play...

full internet mode? i've never tried that before. i've never even heard of it. i thought the ds was limited to only people near you.

games like halo 2 make the main company money and is overrated but people buy the game because it's entertaining. the multiplayer value is high. the point is, people buy entertaining games.

the games that i've mentioned like lumines are not "crap". psp games are interesting and new. ds games are just not as interesting. the only games that interest me are mario kart, advanced wars, and possibly that new splinter cell game. but that still wont make me buy a ds.

anyways. ds and psp has both ups and downs and can't be fully compared until we wait a few more months. they are both just out of the box, yah know.

btw...you can play LAN up to 200 yards with other ds users as long as 1 person has a game... and if you are near wireless web connection you can run it through the ds but their system is not up, that is why ACDS and MKDS are delayed

also you said the ps games are new but correct me if im wrong but arnt they remakes for the psp of the ps games? *yes i think so* and those games are not on the psp...or the ds, because DS takes a cartridge (NO LOADING!!! PSP LOADS LIKE HL2!!! THAT IS WRONG!!!) DS is not a handheld gamecube...and ive also heard psp takes smaller discs correct?

nope. i heard its the lowest selling console ever. its crap. all the buttons are together, poor graphics, poor design.

the place i have played wireless ds was at my friends house with many walls and such. 200 yards?? i've heard that ds doesnt have online games yet which is weird. my friend in my english class showed me his psp and he says that he can play online anywhere with a wireless router or something like that.

ds and psp both have remakes alike. some remakes are just games with just A LITTLE bit more crap.

looks about the same. the psp's disk space of 1.8gigs overpowers the ds's 128 mb cartirage.

DS is an n64 handheld, im yet to see great games on either handhelp except for Super Mario DS but i do know that Nintendo has some good ones upcoming, and about the online with a router, ive never heard about that but ill look into it...

EDIT: i looked into it, for one, it does not have internet capabilities, only wireless LAN, it can play games musics and movies but they all have to be on the small disks, it requires memory sticks and loads, the graphics may have more power but they still have the 2d cartoony look to them, psp has fewer games and almost the same games as the DS (ex ridge racer and spiderman2) and those games you mentioned are not on PSP and there is no announcement of them going to be on the psp...check the sony website

psp has greater multimedia capabilities than the ds. my friend with the psp was showing me pictures, listening to music and told me that he can get porn onto that psp. and good games will come in the future.

DS is ahead in PSP for current games and future releases in my mind, PSP does not have the ability to use Starbucks connection ull probaly have to buy another add on (lol lunky thing) DS can use Starbuck (muhaha free internet) but again the DS system isnt up yet -_-

my point about the games is, that i can't test them yet.

and it sucks if whenever i want to play online with my portable i had to go to starbucks. that's not what i call freedom of playing everywhere. as for myself i have w-lan at home for myself... no idea how it should work though.
