My good friend drew needed his RO fix, and wanted it free. I directed him to this site because when i used to play it, i had a ball. Now he says that he talked to CM and he said just download the patch package. i did, and it worked...kinda. a bit through the patching i get the "Sorry, qrRO.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" error every time it gets to 2006-02-13gdata_k3.gpf. drew can run it fine, but i cant get my to work! help please!

via a command prompt, run qrRO.exe /repak
This will repack your GRF files.
It might also be that you do not have port 21 open (port 21 is for FTP transfers).
Check, also, if Windows Firewall is on - this has bothered many players from having things work.
