Is there anyway you could make cast delay dex-dependent

If casting delay was dex dependant, then whats the post of cast time?

some spells have casting delay reduced by agi

This isn't an issue, but more or less like a person preference to make the game easier for yourself, so Deal with it.

Beezlebub reduces casting time, Kiel casting delay. Two different things But I forgive you Bunny =p
